I was just spending a minute cleaning out old files on our computer and found some old pictures I had scanned. Even though the above picture is one of the most embarrassing of my childhood - I thought it warranted a blog post for several reasons. They are:
1. My headgear - gah. I hated that thing. I had to wear it to school everyday for a year.
2. My glasses - there is no way that today's cute little specs will EVER be considered as ugly as these things are.
3. The flowered shorts.
4. The cutoff shorts that are shorter than the flower shorts.
5. The gameboy that I'm holding.
6. The bugs bunny shirt.
7. Jamie's socks that don't match.
8. The 8,000 bracelets on my arms.
Hilarious!

Did you really only have to wear your headgear to school for 1 year? It seemed like forever at the time. I guess everything seems like forever in the 4th grade!

I had the headgear (only at night or around the house, thank goodness) and very similar glasses when I was that age, too!! We could've been awkward-phase twins... ;o)
bahahahaha. i had headgear too but i didn't have to wear it in public. i did however have to wear it to all the sleepovers i went to.. and that was quite a few!
i have plenty of terrible pics of me and hannah growing up!
That is the Christina that I remember!! OMG the flash of memories came rushing back ... do you remember Umbros? Multi-color converse? Jellies?
